The board is covered in every employee ’ s signature , all 1200 of them , as a demonstration of the unity needed to continue to be one of the top names in Formula One racing . With this in mind , Rob brings the discussion to a close on a note of gratitude . To the Mercedes-AMG team , he says : “ This team is something special . I ’ ve worked in quite a lot of places , but never with a team with this level of commitment and drive . The energy they put in is second to none . Although we had some ups and downs in 2023 , I think we ’ re on the right path . We ’ ve shown over the years that if we keep supporting each other , we will get there .
